Driving
Directions from Points North:
Palm Beach/Ft. Lauderdale: Take I-95 South towards
Miami. Take Exit #4 to I-195 East (Julia Tuttle Causeway).
I-195 East will bring you across Biscayne Bay to Miami
Beach. At the end of the causeway, exit to your right
onto Alton Road South. Continue on Alton road for
approximately 1.5 miles (past the golf course). Make
a left onto Collins Avenue. The South Seas will be
approximately 1.3 miles up the road.
Driving
Directions from Points South:
Key West/Florida Keys/Homestead: Take US-1 all the
way to I-95 North. Proceed on I-95 North for a short
distance to I-395 East/Miami Beach. Continue on I-395
East to the Mac Arthur Causeway (same roadway; name
changes at water's edge). Stay on Mac Arthur Causeway
- this will bring you across the bay to the final
causeway bridge. Using the left lane on this bridge,
take the ramp onto Alton Road North. Follow Alton
for 12 blocks. Turn right onto 17th Street and proceed
straight for 7 blocks. Make a left onto Collins Avenue.
The South Seas will be approximately 1.3 miles up
the road.
Driving
Directions from West Florida:
Naples/Tampa:
Take I-75 South/West towards Miami until the junction
with Palmetto Expressway South (S.R. 826) Avoid getting
off onto the Turnpike before that. Proceed on the
Palmetto Expressway South (S.R. 826) to Dolphin Expressway
East (S.R. 836). Take S.R. 836 past the airport and
toll plaza to I-395/Miami Beach. Continue on I-395
East to the Mac Arthur Causeway (same roadway; name
changes at water's edge). Stay on Mac Arthur Causeway
- this will bring you across the bay to the final
causeway bridge. Using the left lane on this bridge,
take the ramp onto Alton Road North. Follow Alton
for 12 blocks. Turn right onto 17th Street and proceed
straight for 7 blocks. Make a left onto Collins Avenue.
The South Seas will be approximately 1.3 miles up
the road.

Parking:
Valet parking is available at the hotel for $29.00
per a day with in/out privileges. (Please not large
SUV's, pick up trucks and 15 passenger vans will be
charged double. All vehicles must meet the height
and width requirements.) All costs will be billed
to your hotel account and reservations are not necessary.
Public
Transportation:
Taxis
are avilable at the airport in the lower lever near
the baggage pickup. The average cost is $37.00
(flat rate) from the Miami International Airport.
The average cost from the Fourt Lauderdale Airport
is $75.00.
Shuttle
service can be found in the lower lever near the baggage
pickup. The average cost one way is $20.00 per
person from the Miami International Airport. Supershuttle
provides a shared-ride van service to and from the
airport. Go Airport Shuttle provides a shared
ride van to and from the Fort Lauderdale Airport.
The average cost one way is $25.00 per person
from the Fort Lauderdale Airport. Please account for
enough time as the van makes frequent stops.
Buses
operate from 5 AM to midnight and cost $2.00 one-way.
Please be advised that bus service runs infrequently
and is considered slow compared to taxis and cars,
which are the recommended ways to travel.
