Located on Collins Avenue just above 17th Street, the South Seas is on the ocean with the area's best restaurants, cafés, club scene, and shopping all within easy walking distance. The Miami Beach Convention Center and Fillmore Miami Beach at the Jackie Gleason Theater are just one block west. Lincoln Road is only one block more. Miami International Airport and the cruise port are a few minutes drive away.

Driving Directions from the Miami International Airport: Miami International Airport (MIA) is located 20 minutes from the hotel. From Miami International Airport: Follow overhead exit sign forLe Jeune Road South (NW 42nd Avenue) and Expressway S.R. 836. Travel South on Le Jeune Road for 0.75 miles towards SR 836. Immediately after going under thesecond overpass, turn right onto access ramp for Expressway 836 East and drive on it to the toll plaza. After the toll plaza, follow overhead sign for I-395 East/Miami Beach. Continue on I-395 East to the Mac Arthur Causeway (same roadway; name changes at water's edge). Stay n Mac Arthur Causeway - this will bring you across the bay to the final causeway bridge. Using the left lane on this bridge, take the ramp onto Alton Road North. Follow Alton for 12 blocks. Turn right onto 17th Street and proceed straight for 7 blocks. Make a left onto Collins Avenue. The South Seas will be approximately 1.3 miles up the road.

Driving Directions from the Fort Lauderdale / Hollywood Airport: The Fort Lauderdale / Hollywood International Airport (FLL) is located 45 minutes from the hotel. From Fort Lauderdale Airport: Exit airport and follow signs to I-95 South towards Miami. Take I-95 South for 25 miles to exit #4 for I-195 East - Julia Tuttle Causeway. I-195 East will bring you across Biscayne Bay to Miami Beach. At the end of the causeway, exit to your right onto Alton Road South. Continue on Alton road for approximately 1.5 miles (past the golf course). Make a left onto Collins Avenue. The South Seas will be approximately 1.3 miles up the road.

Driving Directions from Points North: Palm Beach/Ft. Lauderdale: Take I-95 South towards Miami. Take Exit #4 to I-195 East (Julia Tuttle Causeway). I-195 East will bring you across Biscayne Bay to Miami Beach. At the end of the causeway, exit to your right onto Alton Road South. Continue on Alton road for approximately 1.5 miles (past the golf course). Make a left onto Collins Avenue. The South Seas will be approximately 1.3 miles up the road. Driving Directions from Points South: Key West/Florida Keys/Homestead: Take US-1 all the way to I-95 North. Proceed on I-95 North for a short distance to I-395 East/Miami Beach. Continue on I-395 East to the Mac Arthur Causeway (same roadway; name changes at water's edge). Stay on Mac Arthur Causeway - this will bring you across the bay to the final causeway bridge. Proceed on the Palmetto Expressway South (S.R. 826) to Dolphin ExpresswaEast (S.R. 836). Take S.R. 836 past the airport and toll plaza to I-395/Miami Beach.
