Resturant was fab and priced right..pool great, employees helpful, and access to the best beach in America! Would stay there again and again!!! Great for families or anyone who wants a hotel with a peaceful island oasis feel.

I stayed here for two days before going on a cruise, I've stayed at other South Beach hotels on Ocean and on Collins. This hotel is pretty laid back, most of the people who stay here are from Europe and South America. The location is excellent, right on the beach...and the pool area is nice too. I came here with my family and it was their first time in South Beach and they really enjoyed themselves here. The rooms were a little tight but functional and staff was very friendly. So if you're looking for a laid back place in South Beach with a great location and nice pool...this is it
"Beautiful Art Deco Hotel"
The South Seas is a beautiful old Deco hotel with modern services and conveniences. We were happily surprised by the variety and quality of the food from the kitchen, and the staff were friendly and helpful in the midst of the general chaos of South Beach.

Excellent location, staff very nice and helpful. Pool was great!! The rooms are clean.... I really recommend this hotel.... We stayed before and after our cruise, no doubt it. You will love it....
